Once ADH is open how long is valid for before it expires
i have a claim that was rejected for - REASON: RE REPAIR WITHIN 1 MONTH.
My argument is the month of February ends on the 28th or 29th ,the particular unit was booked in on the 24/02/2017 and completed on the 28/02/2017.
The same unit was booked in on 30/03/2017 and yet rejected the claim that the unit is within 1 month, how does one count the 30 days period if the previous job was completed on the 28th of February? can someone please advice.

Hi, We new to the ADH portal and seem to be having issues uploading the pictures.We can log in fine and check the device status but when uploading the pictures it says that there is only 2 uploaded and needs 3 whilst there is 3 uploading.

We were informed that the Grand Neo Duos did not have ADH cover. I would like to know why the ADH site allows the IMEI to be registered as a repair when it's not covered? Because if the site is accepting the IMEI then my guess would be that the ADH app would allow the customer to register for ADH as well?
How do we explain to the customer that their unit is not covered, what evidence can we give them?

GREAT JOB ON THE UPGRADE OF THE SYSTEM,ITS QUITE CLEAN AND EASY TO USE.JUST HAVING ISSUES WHEN CHECKING STATUS ALSO WHEN INPUTTING THE CLIENTS PHONE NUMBER IT SOMETIMES SHOWS THAT ANOTHER NUMBER HAS BEEN USED ..HOW DO WE SOLVE THAT? IF THE CLIENT REGISTERS ADH ON HIS NUMBER AND THEN RESELLS THE DEVICE TO SOMEONE ELSE AND WE HAVE TO CHECK STATUS IT GIVES AN ERROR.SEE DOCUMENT ATTACHED.

Will be nise to have a Tab with a list of phones that qualify for ADH and which Catogory of ADH cover it falls under.
This upadate of ADH portal looks great, however checking for ADH status for phones to ascertain whether they are registered or not is a challenge. Any idea on how to go about it?
