SAMSUNG MOBILE CARE (SMC) IS LIVE

For this week: to log an S8 or S8+ claim for Samsung Mobile Care please email support@samsungmobilecare.co.za with the Proof of Purchase and Job Card for pre-approval of your claim. Please also provide the parts being claimed for and Samsung Mobile Care will provide you with a reference number no later than the following morning.

All Samsung Mobile Care claims require proof of purchase and job card to be uploaded with the claim.
